Welcome to AURASUTRA BY REK PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing our website, social media pages, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display sarees accurately. However, slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
  • Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR OR USD and are exclusive of taxes as mentioned and applicable.
  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods only.
  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment.

4. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified & cancelled.
  • Dispatch timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping

  • Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partners.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as per our Return Policy.
  • Exchanges are processed after   inspection from our team.

 

7. Cancellations

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled as they are Exclusive & Top-tire products.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All images, designs, logos, and content belong to AURASUTRA BY REK PRIVATE LIMITED.
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Privacy

  • Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing and communication.
  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.

11. Returns  Policy

  • Returns accepted only for defective or incorrect items
  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery with valid proof
  • Return address will be shared via email upon approval
  • Customers must arrange and bear return shipping cost (no reverse pickup)
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
